Energy and versatility are Samir's hallmark. Widely travelled, great communicator and astounding human being, Samir leads by example.

An international leadership trainer, successful coach & prominent speaker, Samir has managed to carve a niche for himself in the HR practices. Armed with more than 25 years experience, Samir is one of the successful mid-career entrepreneurs. He worked for 15 years with various pharma and chemical companies of international repute. Being a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a certified individual & organizational assessor, he has been contributing immensely in various domains of HR viz. leadership development, entrepreneurial coaching, learning & development, etc.

A keen observer of adult learning practices, he has delivered more than 5000 man days of training and lead more than 40 major HR & OD assignments. His uniqueness lies in being action-driven, market-driven and amenable at the same time. He has lot of passion for studying global economic & political trends and is on board of several prominent professional and social organizations.

Samir is also the Founder & Chairman of Foundation for Capability Building - an NGO dedicated to develop leadership in high school students. He is a member & past Convener of HR - IR Panel constituted by CII in Central Gujarat and past President of Baroda Management Association (BMA). Samir is a nature enthusiast and is Hon. Secretary of Gujarat Nature Conservation Society.

A veteran HR leader, a creative thinker and a thought-provoking person, Mr. Mankad is highly respected in the HR domain for the unprecedented knowledge to drive the projects with right strategies.

An independent HR strategist with a career spanning more than four decades, he brings with him the versatility of proven experience in multi functional management. Before getting associated with Namanstaffing, he retired as Senior Vice President from Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Limited. His ability to take well thought out decisions, his prudent policies and his dexterity to implement various HRD interventions speak unequivocally of his expertise as a seasoned HR leader.

He holds a BE (Electrical) from Gujarat University, a Diploma in Management from All India Management Association, a Diploma in Business Management and, a PG Diploma in IR & PM from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and a LL.B degree from MS University Baroda. He constantly looks for new ideation and converting them into successful implementation.

He is a mentor and source of inspiration for many of us at Namanstaffing. He holds a lot of passion for appropriateness of tools to meet client’s business needs and strongly believes that HR can be a partner to further business ends.

Khushnuma Patel

Persistent and achievement oriented, Khushnuma believes hard work leads to success.
 
Khushnuma Patel has been associated with Naman Staffing since 6 years as  Assistant Team Lead- Recruitments and has been handling assignments for  varied industries belonging to various functions and level. In her current role, she leads the permanent staffing vertical  at Naman and is responsible for effective client delivery, key accounts management and smooth operation. She manages a team and keeps a close track on their performance and development. Her forte lies in sourcing, client management , niche leadership roles and  market research. She has successfully delivered RPO projects being on schedule on all the activities and deliverables. Apart from her work she is also passionate about reading and listening to music.
 
She holds a post graduate degree in banking, finance and economics from Cardiff University, London.

Sharp & crystal clear in her thoughts & actions, Archana works proactively with positive mind-set towards change in HR functions.

She has been serving as Sr. Consultant at Naman Staffing.

In her 6 yrs of working experience, she has worked for Talent Acquisition. She has been in sourcing & placing the candidates for onshore & offshore projects in Temporary as well as Permanent staffing for PAN India across various levels. She holds expertise in various functional areas. She has led and managed assignments for various companies to provide high potential employees.

She believes hard work is the foundation for smart work to succeed. In her leisure, she loves cuddling with her kid.

Divyang Malusare

Divyang Malusare

Energetic and enthusiastic, Divyang enjoys accepting challenge and achieving goals. 

Divyang serves as a Team Leader for Temporary staffing at Naman Staffing . He has 5 years of experience into Contractual Staffing . His core competencies lies in Payroll, Statutory compliances and Grievance handling. He has handled several bulk hiring projects for Pharmaceutical and chemical industries. He believes that the key to success is not hard working but smart working.

He has completed his M.Com in Human Resource from M.S University. In his free time he likes playing sports.
