Job Description

  • Identifying & recommending suppliers.
  • Coordinating with suppliers by raising enquiries, purchase orders and receipt of materials.
  • Follow–up on all orders placed 4. Analyzing the purchase requirements.
  • Coordinate to organize delivery of material to the required locations.
  • Developing and maintaining systems to procure material
  • Cost reduction - alternate vendor development.
  • Handle any related matters to purchase. 9. Responsible for timely passing the bills.
  • Ensure that all the bills are logged at accounts by understanding the statutory implications to do.
  • Follow all established systems & provide the information for factory purchase. Responsible in gathering & sorting related documents like purchase bills etc.
  • Responsible for timely delivery of the material.
  • Maintain records by filing related documents.
