? Responsible for the sales strategy and derive a 10 year roadmap of the product along with the board team.
? Must have exposure in sales/marketing of industrial andautomotive lubricants.
? Must have experience in product development
? Developing product positioning strategies. Involve in planning and forecasting activities.
? Assist the product development team with consumer insights.
? Support customers with pre-sales and post- sales to ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction standards.
? Build a sales team across locations in south initially and then scale to North and West.
? Experience in leading sales teams across multiple cities is a must.
